Job summary

Tech3pillars Technologies is seeking an AI Engineer to lead AI/LLM development, design RAG architectures, and build scalable AI-powered applications. The role emphasizes Azure AI services, API integration, and end-to-end cloud deployments.

The candidate will design agent-based workflows, implement prompt engineering, and orchestrate AI components across enterprise platforms, including data and document workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing AI/LLM applications and workflows.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agent-based AI.
• Familiarity with Azure AI services and cloud deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI & LLM Development and experimentation.
• Design and implement Generative AI applications using Azure OpenAI and LLMs.
• Develop agentic AI workflows with reasoning, planning and tool execution.
• Implement prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, and AI orchestration patterns.
• Build multi-agent solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or LlamaIndex.
