Job summary

Glider AI is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable AI applications powered by LLMs, ML/DL, and cloud technologies.

You will analyze user stories, develop production-grade software, fine-tune LLMs, and create reusable frameworks. This role emphasizes collaboration, responsible AI, and production readiness in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Generative AI solutions in production.
• Experience with ML/DL/NLP and large language models.
• Hands-on with LLMs and model fine‑tuning.
• Proficient in Python and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience managing the AI development lifecycle from data prep to deployment.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with relocation if needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and business requirements to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, high-quality software applications.
• Build, fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Large Language Models for business use cases.
• Develop Generative AI apps for text/code/document intelligence and automation.
• Create reusable frameworks, automation scripts, and technical assets to increase productivity.
• Debug and resolve complex issues across apps and databases.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Support POCs and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Ensure reliable, secure, production-ready deployments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and engineering best practices.
• Promote responsible AI development focusing on fairness and bias mitigation.
