Job summary

Careers is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy generative AI models across multiple applications. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to transform business problems into reliable AI solutions.

You will fine-tune pre-trained LLMs, manage the end-to-end AI lifecycle—from data prep to evaluation and deployment—and champion responsible AI practices with bias mitigation and explainability.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and applying generative AI models.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and NLP.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
