Job summary
Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking an AI Engineer for a contract role to build production-grade Generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Snowflake, Python, and FastAPI. You will work in a collaborative environment supporting enterprise AI initiatives across departments.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in software/AI and 2+ years building Gen AI apps, with strong Python, API, and cloud integration skills. Eligible to work in the US on a full-time contract is required.
Qualifications
- 4+ years software engineering or AI/ML experience.
- 2+ years building Generative AI applications.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI or enterprise LLM platforms.
- Experience with RAG solutions and vector search.
- API development experience with FastAPI.
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science.

- 40% Generative AI and LLM development.
- 25% Python API development.
- 20% Cloud and data platform integration.
- 15% MLOps, deployment and optimization.
