WRITER redefines enterprise AI by building secure, scalable AI services and platforms used by the world's largest organizations. As a software engineer specializing in generative AI, you will shape architecture, implement high-performance APIs, and deliver full-stack solutions spanning backend systems and user interfaces.

This hybrid role places you in SF, NYC, or London hubs with cross-functional collaboration across product, data science, and DevOps.

Qualifications

3-5+ years in software engineering with Python in production.
Experience building generative AI apps using LLMs and vector databases.
Experience with microservices, REST APIs and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and AI developer tooling.
Security practices for IAM, SSO, OAuth, RBAC, billing systems.

Responsibilities

Design and develop secure, scalable generative AI services and apps using Python.
Build low-latency APIs and microservices to support AI workflows.
Own architecture of core platform components from proposal to deployment.
Implement responsive UIs with React/TypeScript for enterprise users.
Collaborate with product, data science, and DevOps teams for deployment.
Partner with DevOps to enable CD, logging, and monitoring across workloads.
