Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking an experienced Software Engineer focused on AI agents and voice-enabled conversations. You will design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI agents, integrate STT/TTS, and orchestrate agents with LangChain and LangGraph.

You will work with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and various data stores to deliver scalable cloud-native solutions. The role emphasizes robust testing, CI/CD, security, and collaboration with AI/ML teams to implement responsible AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development expertise.
• Experience building AI agents and voice-enabled applications.
• Familiarity with STT/TTS and LLMs.
• Hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and vector databases.
• Knowledge of cloud and serverless architectures on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications.
• Build scalable backend applications using Python, OOP, and asynchronous programming.
• Develop multi-turn conversational AI workflows with context management, memory, tool calling, and human handoff capabilities.
• Implement AI agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop voice AI solutions integrating STT and TTS technologies.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG, and enterprise knowledge retrieval pipelines.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and contact center platforms.
• Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven backend architectures.
• Develop and deploy scalable cloud applications using AWS services and serverless architecture.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment environments.
• Integrate relational, NoSQL, and vector databases for data storage and AI-powered retrieval.
• Implement AI guardrails, security controls, error handling, and responsible AI practices.
• Develop automated unit, integration, performance, and conversational regression tests.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and application delivery.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, cloud architects, and enterprise technology teams to deliver AI automation solutions.
