Job summary

Quantum Technologies. LLC is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, Generative AI, and production-grade ML systems. You will work with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver data-driven applications, build end-to-end ML pipelines, and optimize NLP systems for real-world use.

Qualifications

• Experience in ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and Generative AI.
• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy end-to-end ML pipelines.
• Experience with real-world data ingestion, feature engineering, training and deployment.
• Familiarity with governance, ethics, and data privacy in AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and deploy ML and AI models for real-world applications.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, and deployment.
• Build and optimize NLP systems for chatbots, conversational AI, summarization, and information retrieval.
• Apply prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Fine-tune transformer models and evaluate model performance.
• Collaborate with data engineers to handle large-scale structured and unstructured data.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference latency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Ensure ethical AI, data privacy, and model governance standards.
