Job summary

RealPage, Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer to design, build, and scale advanced AI applications in the PropTech space.

You will work with state‑of‑the‑art foundation models, RAG architectures, and multi‑agent systems, collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. You will be expected to come into the office 2–3 days a week, contributing to production deployments, observability, and performance optimization while advancing AI capabilities across RealPage

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Software Eng and/or Data Science experience, with at least 2 years in Generative AI.
• Degree in CS/ML or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build agentic AI applications, copilots, and AI agents.
• Design prompts, guardrails, and structured outputs (JSON/JSON Schema).
• Develop RAG pipelines and knowledge integration across sources.
• Create scalable back-end services and front-end integrations for AI features.
