What You'll Be Doing:

What We're Looking For:

Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or GenAI solution delivery.

A strong background in Commercial Analytics, Sales Analytics, Business Insights, or Data & Analytics.

Experience deploying AI copilots, intelligent agents, workflow automation, or decision-support platforms.

The ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving both technical and business teams.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for executive stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, innovative environment.

Preferred Experience:

7+ years of experience in Commercial Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data & Analytics, or AI solution delivery.

Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is a plus.

Hands-on experience delivering GenAI, LLM, Agentic AI, AI Copilots, or intelligent automation platforms.

Experience working closely with Data Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Product Management, and Commercial organizations.

Proven success driving adoption of new technologies and managing organizational change.

Strong understanding of AI product delivery, Agile methodologies, and enterprise software implementation.
