Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking a senior software engineer to design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop scalable backend services using Python, OOP, and async programming, and implement multi-turn workflows with context management, memory, and tool calling. Collaboration with AI/ML engineers and cloud architects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python development expertise.
• Experience with OOP and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks and pipelines.
• Extensive work in Conversational AI and Voice AI development.
• Hands-on with STT/TTS technologies and audio processing.
• Knowledge of LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and AI orchestration.
• Experience with RAG, vector search, and enterprise data retrieval.
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS) and serverless architectures.
• Design of RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems.
• Containerization via Docker and Kubernetes; scalable data stores.

Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents and voice-enabled conversational applications.

Build scalable backend applications using Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and asynchronous programming.

Develop multi-turn conversational AI workflows with context management, memory, tool calling, and human handoff capabilities.

Implement AI agent orchestration using LangChain, LangGraph, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Develop voice AI solutions integrating Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.

Implement prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise knowledge retrieval pipelines.

Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and contact center platforms.

Build secure REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven backend architectures.

Develop and deploy scalable cloud applications using AWS services and serverless architecture.

Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployment environments.

Integrate relational, NoSQL, and vector databases for data storage and AI-powered retrieval.

Implement AI guardrails, security controls, error handling, and responsible AI practices.

Develop automated unit, integration, performance, and conversational regression tests.

Configure CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and application delivery.
