Job summary

Nike Design Generative Studio seeks a GenAI Designer to partner with world-class designers and engineers, shaping AI-augmented workflows at the intersection of creativity and technology. You will help transform product creation and define a new creative discipline across Nike.

Responsibilities include prototyping node-based AI workflows, collaborating with global teams, and contributing to adoption through training materials and demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of design experience with creative technology and tool-building.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Architecture, Fashion Design, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with node-based visual coding environments for generative AI tooling.
• Solid knowledge of 2D/3D design workflows and footwear design principles.
• Awareness of additive manufacturing and 3D printing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with footwear designers to identify opportunities for AI augmentation.
• Design and prototype generative AI workflows tailored to footwear challenges.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to translate design needs into technical requirements.
• Scale prototypes toward enterprise-grade tools for designers worldwide.
• Contribute to training materials, workshops, and demonstrations.
