The role partners with business users through 1:1 coaching to identify high-value use cases, educate teams on AI capabilities, and demonstrate measurable productivity gains. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and emerging AI technologies, guiding users on prompt engineering and best practices while implementing tools such as Microsoft

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, training, or related fields.
• Experience evaluating business processes and identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Proven success delivering training, workshops, or user enablement programs.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and demonstrate new AI technologies quickly.
• Strong analytical skills to quantify value and ROI.
• Ability to discuss technology concepts with technical and non-technical audiences.
• High confidence with prompt engineering concepts and best practices.

Job description

AI Adoption & Enablement Consultant to accelerate the practical use of Generative AI tools across the business. This role will partner directly with business users through 1:1, hands-on desk time to identify high-value use cases, educate teams on AI capabilities, demonstrate measurable productivity gains, and drive adoption of AI-powered solutions.

While this is not a software development position, the successful candidate must be comfortable understanding technology concepts, translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions, and guiding users on effective prompt engineering and AI best practices.

This position will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and emerging AI technologies, helping users realize measurable value from tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Desktop, internally developed AI solutions, and future AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching sessions with business users
• Demonstrate practical business use cases for Generative AI tools
• Provide hands-off guidance for various tools including (but not limited to): Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude Desktop, internal AI platforms and assistants, and emerging AI productivity tools
• Develop role-based AI training materials and learning paths
• Meet directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, challenges, and productivity bottlenecks
• Identify opportunities where AI can reduce effort, improve quality, or accelerate outcomes
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases
• After working across multiple users and functions, identify repeatable needs that may justify the use of agentic AI, then partner with IT to evaluate, prioritize, and formalize potential AI agent opportunities for broader business use.
• Design and maintain a centralized prompt library accessible to business users
• Create reusable prompts for common business scenarios
• Develop standards for prompt structure and quality

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology consulting, training, digital transformation, or a related field
• Experience evaluating business processes and identifying efficiency opportunities
• Demonstrated success delivering training, workshops, or user enablement programs
• Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Ability to learn and demonstrate new AI technologies quickly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify value and ROI
• Comfortable discussing technology concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
• High confidence and experience with prompt engineering concepts and best practices
