Job summary

Search Services seeks an experienced Enterprise AI Advisor to accelerate generative AI adoption across the organization. This 6+ month advisory role begins with two weeks onsite in Knoxville, TN, followed by a fully remote arrangement.

You will partner with Planning, Logistics, and Order Management to apply Claude, Gemini, and other tools to improve workflow efficiency. You will establish governance for responsible AI, develop reusable prompts and playbooks, and advocate practical AI-enabled

• Five or more years of experience in business consulting, process improvement, operations, digital transformation, or technology advisory roles.
• Demonstrated experience using Anthropic Claude or comparable enterprise generative AI platforms within a business environment.
• Strong prompt engineering skills with the ability to create repeatable, effective AI workflows for non-technical users.
• Experience evaluating business processes and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a consultative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization' s subject matter expert and trusted advisor for Anthropic Claude and enterprise AI best practices.
• Partner with Planning, Logistics, Order Management, and other business functions to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend practical AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and simplify day-to-day work.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to redesign workflows that effectively incorporate AI into daily operations.
• Develop reusable prompts, templates, playbooks, and best practices that enable teams to consistently achieve high-quality results.
• Advise teams on how to leverage Claude effectively for research, content generation, analysis, documentation, planning, and decision support.
• Evaluate new Claude capabilities and emerging AI technologies, recommending practical applications that create measurable business value.
• Help establish governance and responsible AI practices that promote secure, compliant, and effective use of AI across the organization.
• Monitor AI adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously refine recommendations to maximize business impact.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Advisor to help accelerate the adoption of generative AI across the organization. This is a 6+ month contract advisory opportunity for a highly collaborative, business-facing professional who will partner with leaders across the Supply Chain organization to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve productivity, streamline processes, and enhance decision-making. The engagement begins with approximately two weeks of onsite onboarding and collaboration in Knoxville, Tennessee, followed by a fully remote work arrangement for the remainder of the contract. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with Planning, Logistics, Order Management, and other functional teams to understand current workflows and recommend practical ways to leverage Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and other enterprise AI tools to improve operational efficiency. This position is focused on AI adoption, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement rather than software development.

• Experience working within manufacturing, supply chain, operations, or technology organizations.
