Job summary

AccruePartners seeks a hands-on AI leader to drive Generative AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will partner with business leaders to shape use cases and translate needs into scalable AI workflows, from concept to production.

You will build POCs with Claude and similar platforms, mentor teams on prompting and AI best practices, and help establish governance around quality, safety, and adoption while communicating ROI to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/AI/DS/Computational Linguistics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and enterprise AI implementations.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical AI solutions with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Design and build Generative AI proofs of concept using Claude and other platforms.
• Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflows, prompts, prototypes, and plans.
• Lead UAT and move validated solutions into production.
• Build reusable prompt libraries, frameworks, and standards for internal AI apps.
• Evaluate AI outputs, identify failure points, and improve quality.
• Develop ROI analyses, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
• Establish responsible AI governance, quality, and safety practices.
• Train internal teams on LLM capabilities and prompting techniques.

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

• A growing national organization investing heavily in enterprise AI and automation.
• A high-visibility AI function working directly with business leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Corporate functions.
• A team focused on moving beyond AI experimentation and into practical, measurable business applications.
• This position reports directly to the Head of AI Programs and will have significant exposure to executive leadership.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Experience with Claude strongly preferred; OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Bedrock, or similar platforms also highly relevant.
• Background building POCs, prototypes, AI workflows, or automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, and LLM optimization.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Experience evaluating business value, ROI, and adoption of AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field preferred..
