Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering or application development experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building generative AI or agentic AI solutions.
• Demonstrated experience delivering at least one AI solution from concept to implementation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of software engineering principles, testing, and maintainable architecture.
• Hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications using Amazon Bedrock and Bedrock Runtime APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of greenfield generative and agentic AI solutions from requirements to deployment.
• Translate business challenges into structured technical solutions.
• Develop production-quality AI applications using Python, Bedrock, and AWS services.
• Design agentic workflows to ingest events, retrieve context, reason over evidence, and execute actions.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation with document ingestion, indexing, and semantic search.
