Job summary

Honeywell is seeking an Advanced AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI systems. You will build autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and Databricks Mosaic AI, delivering production‑ready AI that integrates with enterprise workflows.

The role offers hybrid work from Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA and close collaboration with cross‑functional teams. You will architect end‑to‑end AI pipelines, deploy on Azure/AWS/GCP with Docker/Kubernetes, and apply MLOps

Qualifications

• :6+ years hands-on AI/ML development, deployment and productionisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise apps.
• Build AI-powered agents with LangChain/LangGraph and Databricks Mosaic AI.
• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation and inference.
• Collaborate with product, data, platform and business teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Deploy AI models on cloud platforms using Docker/Kubernetes and modern MLOps practices.
• Implement monitoring, observability and performance tracking for reliable production AI.
• Utilise MLflow for experiment tracking and lifecycle management.
• Ensure governance with Unity Catalog for secure AI deployments.
• Stay current with emerging AI frameworks and research to drive innovation.
