Job summary

MasterApp Labs is seeking an AI Developer to design, implement, and optimize Generative AI solutions for clients. The role focuses on hands-on work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG architectures, and cloud platforms, delivering end-to-end AI capabilities.

The position requires 2+ years of development experience, strong Python skills, and practical knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel, plus Azure cloud familiarity. Hybrid work with on-site visits in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel.
• Knowledge of Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong communication and client-facing consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and design AI-powered solutions.
• Set up and configure LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Llama, etc.).
• Build AI chatbots, copilots, AI agents, and RAG applications.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and databases.
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and user experience.
• Ensure security, scalability, and governance of AI implementations.
