Constellation is seeking a seasoned communications leader to head strategic planning and execution for multiple generation sites. You will serve as the primary advisor on executive communications, media relations, and stakeholder engagement, guiding messaging and risk management across the organization.

Collaborate with Communications, Community Relations and Government Affairs to align priorities, support emergency responses, and manage reputational risk in a dynamic energy landscape.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required with 8 years of relevant experience, or 12 years in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years in communications, journalism or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary communications advisor to assigned generation sites and business leaders.
• Develop and execute strategic communications plans that advance business priorities.
• Counsel leaders on messaging, employee communications, stakeholder engagement and risk.
• Anticipate issues and develop proactive communications strategies and response plans.
• Build relationships with local and national media; develop messaging and materials.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure site employee communications.
• Support Emergency Response Organization and serve in communications roles during drills/events.
• Represent and back up Generation Communications leadership as needed.
