MedCadre in Newberg, OR seeks a Medical Laboratory Scientist to provide generalist coverage across units. The role requires Blood Bank experience and EPIC EHR proficiency, with on-call duties and rotating weekends after training.

Training lasts about a month, during which shifts run 7am-3:30pm. After training, flexibility to cover evenings and night shifts as needed to address staffing shortages.

Qualifications

• Generalist capable of covering multiple units to meet staffing shortages.
• Blood Bank experience is required.
• EPIC EHR experience is a hard requirement.
• On-call availability and rotating weekends after training are expected.

Responsabilités

• Cover day and night shifts as needed across units.
• Float between units to balance staffing shortages.
• Participate in a month of intensive training before flex assignments.
• Support administrative tasks and reporting when lead techs are available.
