FirstService Residential is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR activities across assigned properties. The role is hybrid and involves handling inquiries, policy interpretation, and coordination of HR processes.
The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and 3–5 years of HR experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, with duties spanning recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and compliance. Occasional travel to properties may be required.
Perform functions to assist with various aspects of Human Resources within assigned properties, including recruitment, associate relations, compensation, benefits administration and compliance, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies and procedures.
The HR Generalist is a Hybrid position.

Work involves driving/traveling to properties.
As a full-time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits to include your choice of multiple medical plans, dental, and vision.
