Job summary

Synthires is seeking experienced Generalist Writers to contribute to AI quality and evaluation projects. You will review and score written content and AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, following detailed instructions and evaluation criteria.

Responsibilities include delivering concise feedback, documenting findings in evaluation tools, and maintaining high-quality outputs while working remotely on an hourly basis.

Qualifications

• Native US English speaker with strong grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication.
• Experience in writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or similar writing-intensive roles.

• Strong time-management skills and ability to consistently meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
• Experience identifying and documenting instruction-following issues and content-quality discrepancies.

Compensation
