W2 pay is $28 per hour
Full-time contractor position
Must have actual trade show experience in the healthcare industry in order to be considered.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Works closely day-to-day with Head of Events
- Contribute to the coordination of all aspects of tradeshows, conferences, meetings, and other events (pre-planning, and post-event wrap-up), as assigned
- Ability to travel internationally to support onsite execution of tradeshows, customer events, etc., as needed throughout the year
- Assume planning responsibilities for meetings as needed in support of Head of Events
- Serve as direct liaison for identified events to triage and support resolutions
- Proficiency with basic computer programming, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency with event software, including Smartsheet, Salesforce, Zuant is preferred
Support Head of Events in adhoc tasks as needed including :
- Scheduling and / or facilitating meetings on behalf of Head of Events
- Monitoring of multiple lists and processes simultaneously
- Onsite tradeshow and event logistics management
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience planning and executing tradeshows and other events.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related fields.
- Experience supporting large international tradeshows and meetings, including regional events across the country.
- Excellent organizational skills with a high-level attention to detail and ability to carry out multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

- Positive attitude and sense of urgency with a demonstrated leadership ability
- Experience supporting events in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Be able to travel 15%, both domestic and international, and work overtime as needed to attend events and meetings (may include weekends)
