Job description

APPLY TODAY to join our warehouse as a part-time general warehouse worker. You will work 20 hours a week, with 4 five-hour shifts scheduled between 6A and 4:30P or 4:30P and 3A.

This is a part-time position paid weekly, offering opportunities for growth!

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Unwrap, sort, stack, and label products following all safety standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Pack, seal, and label materials/pallets for storage or shipping.
3. Manually load and unload products on and off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
4. Wrap pallets using a wrap machine.
5. Document and report damages or issues with products or materials to the supervisor and follow instructions to resolve problems.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

1. Operate manual pallet jack equipment.
2. Clean and organize the warehouse at the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)

1. Basic math skills.
2. Ability to understand instructions in the country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage, wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear.
5. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kg; weight may vary depending on the facility.
6. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
7. Comfortable with various noise levels, which can sometimes be loud.
