Inter-Pak Supply in Ridgefield, WA is hiring a General Warehouse Worker / Back-up Delivery Assistant to support receiving, organizing, and delivering building materials. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:30 a.m.

to 3:00 p.m., and an hourly pay range of $22.00 to $24.50. You will inspect materials, prepare orders, operate basic warehouse equipment, and assist drivers while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying orders.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

• Ability to lift and handle materials up to 65 pounds safely using proper equipment.

What You Bring

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience.
• Experience operating forklifts or other material-handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and inventory systems.
• Knowledge of residential construction materials, such as doors, millwork, appliances, plumbing, and electrical supplies.

Don't have forklift experience? No problem! We're willing to train the right person.
