Job summary

Do it Best is hiring for full-time roles at our Waco, TX distribution center. You will have the opportunity to work on order filling, shipping, receiving and stocker tasks, with training and certification provided for powered equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.

We offer weekly pay, a quarterly bonus program, retirement contributions and a range of medical and dental benefits. Regular wages start in the hourly range, with increases over time and a focus on safety.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift 40-45 lbs repeatedly and occasionally 80-100 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, reach and move in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform work at floor level and overhead as needed

Responsibilities

• Fill orders and manage stock in a fast-paced distribution center
• Assist with shipping, receiving and inventory control
• Operate powered equipment after training and certification

Job description

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $24.58/hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $17.75-$22.60 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.67 - $1.98 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety

Qualified candidates must be able:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
