Job summary

Do it Best Corp. in Waco, TX is seeking a General Warehouse Team Member - Order Fill to join our distribution center. The role offers weekly pay, day shift (Mon-Fri), and opportunities to grow within logistics and product fulfillment.

Expect to operate powered equipment after training, lift heavy items, and contribute to a safe, team-oriented environment. Training and certification are provided to work with forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Ability to repeatedly lift items 40-45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop while performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders and assist in shipping/receiving, forklift operation, and stockers' duties.
• Adhere to safety policies and training; operate powered equipment as trained.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Earn up to $24.58/hr
  • Wage dependent on experience, starting from $17.75-$22.60 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
  • Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.67 - $1.98 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
• Regular weekday hours

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
