Do it Best Group is hiring a General Warehouse Team Member - Order Fill for our Waco, TX distribution center. You will participate in order filling, stocking, and shipping while operating powered equipment after training.

Weekly pay, day shift (M-F), and eligibility for a quarterly bonus support your earning potential. Candidates must be able to lift 40–45 lbs repeatedly and up to 80–100 lbs occasionally, with safe handling and teamwork to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be able to repeatedly lift 40–45 lbs.
• Occasionally lift 80–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull.
• Work in a drug-free safety-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Fill orders, ship, receive, and stock in the distribution center.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment after training.
• Work Monday to Friday day shift and maintain safety standards
