Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast in Vermont is seeking an Order Builder to prepare customer orders for delivery in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work with a team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time, loading trucks and staging product for transport.

The role requires basic warehouse experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, operate pallet jacks, and stand for long periods. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months general work experience required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with pallet jacks preferred.
• Ability to repetitively lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and stage orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
• Operate manual or powered material handling equipment (pallet jack, hand-truck) to move product.
• Adhere to procedures relating to product age, quality and safety.
• Meet productivity requirements.
• Perform miscellaneous activities to support warehouse operations.

Job Description

The Order Builder is responsible for preparing customer orders for delivery. In this role, the Order Builder will work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team of dedicated individuals to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

• Responsible for accurately building and staging orders based on pick ticket for loading onto delivery trucks
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repack ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation
• Use appropriate manual or powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) to move product and materials from/to designated locations
• Adhere procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety
• Responsible for meeting productivity requirements
• Perform miscellaneous activities as directed to support the efficient operation of the warehouse

Job Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 months of general work experience required
• Prior warehouse experience preferred
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
