Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a light industrial worker / cross-trained production support specialist for temporary, varied assignments across assembly, manufacturing, and distribution in Rincon, GA. Weekly pay and flexible mandates offered to build new skills and experience.

Responsibilities include performing repetitive light assembly, machine tending, quality checks, packaging and labeling, inventory staging, and quickly adapting to different roles within the plant.

• Production assembly: perform repetitive light assembly tasks or machine tending duties on production lines.
• Quality checks: conduct visual quality inspections on finished components, removing and reporting any defective items.
• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.
