Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking light industrial workers for a variety of short-term mandates across assembly, manufacturing, and distribution in Covington, TN. Weekly pay and flexibility are emphasized, with opportunities to gain diverse skills on different production environments.

You will perform repetitive light assembly, conduct quality checks, label and package products, stage inventory, and adapt quickly to new procedures on each assignment.

• Packaging and labeling: accurately pack products into cartons, apply correct shipping labels, and prepare pallets for movement.
• Inventory staging: assist with staging materials, ensuring production lines are constantly stocked with necessary components.
• Skill adaptability: quickly learn new procedures and adapt to different roles within the light industrial setting during each mandate.

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Steel toe shoes or boots are required for every shift. Jeans or tan pants that cover the top of the shoe is required. This is a COLD ENVIROMENT so dress accordingly.
