Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a warehouse associate in Louisville, KY to load raw materials into machines, sort and count stock, and assist with general warehouse tasks. You will perform simple quality checks and follow on-site supervisor directions throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Tending: safely load raw materials or components into simple production or assembly machines and remove finished parts.
• Sorting and counting: accurately sort materials, count stock, and prepare inventory for staging or shipment.
• General labor: assist with general warehouse labor tasks, including cleanup, organizing stock, and basic equipment movement (e.g., using hand carts).
• Quality checks: perform simple visual quality checks on products to ensure they meet basic standards.
• Follow direction: take direction effectively from on-site supervisors to complete tasks assigned for the duration of the mandate.
