Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Parcel Processing (10:00am – 6:30pm) in Celina, Ohio. This mid-shift role offers steady hours, no weekend work, and pathways for career growth.

You’ll package picked products, verify orders, operate stand-up forklifts (training provided), and collaborate to meet daily goals. Paid training and a competitive pay rate with monthly incentives are included.

• Ability to OT when needed.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet.

Schedule

• Mid Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
• Overtime as scheduled
• No weekend work

What You’ll Do

• Operate warehouse equipment such as stand-up forklifts (training provided) - Additional $1.00/hour for Equipment Operators!
• Pick, stage, and store product accurately and safely
• Use scanners or voice systems to complete orders
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating processes

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Comfortable working at heights up to 30 feet
• Enjoys staying active in a fast-paced environment
• Equipment experience is a plus—but not required

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $27.50

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
