Job summary

State Crest Carpet & Flooring, Inc. is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced distribution operation.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, you will manage inventory, operate heavy equipment, and support timely delivery of goods to customers around Ohio. You will load/unload trucks, pull stock for orders, assist customers at the counter, and help maintain equipment while following OHSA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 5–75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience as a Warehouse Associate with forklift operation.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and store items in designated locations.
• Pull stock for customer pick-ups and load orders into vehicles.
• Locate missing items and periodically count inventory.
• Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist with counter work and customer service as needed.
• Follow OHSA safety regulations and company guidelines.

In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Duties

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks (State Crest and Supplier’s) and storing items in their designated location.
• Pull stock for customer pick-ups.
• Load customer orders into their vehicles.
• Locate missing items.
• Periodically count and record inventory numbers.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse tools.
• Assist with counter work (answer phones, print paperwork, assist customers; etc.) when needed.
• Follow OHSA regulations and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 5lbs and a maximum of 75lbs.
