TJ Maxx at TJX Companies in Charlotte, NC is seeking a General Warehouse Associate to support our Distribution Center operations. You will count, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment across multiple shifts.

Job Description:

• TJ Maxx Distribution Center (Charlotte, NC)
• General Warehouse Associate

• A-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:30am-3:00pm)
• C-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:00pm-2:30am)
• B-Shift: Friday-Sunday (5:00am-5:30pm)

Pay for this position is $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 hourly shift differential. Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.

Job responsibilities include:

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.
• Pack or unpack merchandise.
• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
