Job summary

TJX Companies’ TJ Maxx Distribution Center in Charlotte, NC seeks a General Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team. You’ll handle goods across shifts, count, sort and label merchandise, and help prepare items for shipping.

Positions include A, B, C shifts with varying hours; pay starts at $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential, with additional incentive pay and benefits. Join a company that values safety, growth, and collaboration.

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.

• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.

TJ Maxx Distribution Center (Charlotte, NC)

General Warehouse Associate

• A-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:30am-3:00pm)
• C-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:00pm-2:30am)
• B-Shift: Friday-Sunday (5:00am-5:30pm)

Pay for this position is $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 hourly shift differential. Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.
