Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring for a General Warehouse Associate at the San Antonio Distribution Center. This weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday, 5:00am to 5:30pm, offering $18.00 per hour plus $2.00 shift differential.

The role includes packing/unpacking merchandise, counting and sorting goods, and meeting daily distribution needs. Employees receive a discounts program, EAP, and a broad benefits package including healthcare and retirement options.

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise with gum labels or pin tickets.

• Manual material handling up to 60 lbs as required.

Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour plus $2.00 hourly shift differential. Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.

Although all General Warehouse Associates are assigned to a specific department and supervisor, they may work in another area if needed.

• Pack or unpack merchandise.
• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
