Job summary

TJ Maxx Distribution Center in Charlotte, NC is hiring a General Warehouse Associate. The role offers A-, B-, and C-Shift options with hours that can start early morning or late night.

You will collaborate in a fast-paced warehouse environment, handling merchandise, tickets, and shipments to support store operations and distribution across TJX brands. Compensation includes base pay of $17.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential, with potential additional pay based on production.

• Count, select and sort merchandise as assigned.
• Ticket merchandise with label guns or tickets.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.

TJ Maxx Distribution Center (Charlotte, NC)

General Warehouse Associate

A-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:30am-3:00pm)

C-Shift: Monday-Thursday (4:00pm-2:30am)

B-Shift: Friday-Sunday (5:00am-5:30pm)

Pay for this position is $17.50 per hour plus $1.50 hourly shift differential. Additional pay may be earned based on your production level.

Job responsibilities include:

• Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
• Match receipts against purchase orders.
• Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.
• Pack or unpack merchandise.
• Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
• Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
