Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Protect company assets.

Job duties may vary by location based on client needs. Duties may change or be added without notice.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
