Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Secure company assets.

Job duties may change or new tasks may be assigned as needed to meet organizational goals.
