Job Description

As a General Utility Worker on our team of service professionals, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and work environments. Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Protect company assets and security

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands

This role may require lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be necessary.
