Job Description

Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation. Ensure that appropriate quantities of food are prepared and served.

Job Responsibilities

1. Produce and maintain work schedules; prepare production records as needed.
2. Direct daily activities of the food service team.
3. Maintain food safety and quality according to policies, procedures, and department requirements.
4. Ensure safe, organized, and hazard-free storage of food items.
5. Maintain serving schedules; ensure all food items are served per menu specifications safely and appropriately.
6. Maintain a sanitary environment following health and safety codes and regulations.
7. Maintain accurate inventory weekly, following departmental policies.
8. Prepare orders as needed to ensure accurate production levels.
9. Operate an efficient, cost-effective program.
10. Supervise, evaluate, and counsel employees; promote growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.

Qualifications
