Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
3. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
4. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
6. Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
7. Secure company assets.
