Job Description

The General Utility Worker I serves a variety of essential back of the house and front of house Food & Beverage (F&B) roles. The F&B General Utility Worker II is required to maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and gain extensive knowledge of proper use and cleaning techniques for kitchen equipment.

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position is $22.40. This is Aramark's good faith estimate of the compensation as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

1. Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures.
2. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including dishwashing and deep cleaning duties.
3. Attend in-house training sessions.
4. Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform according to company regulations.
5. Promote and implement health and safety policies.
6. Ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations and assist in checking in food deliveries, ensuring high standards of produce.
7. Ensure proper food storage and stock rotation.
8. Handle cleaning duties related to service and equipment.
9. Prepare service areas and points.
10. Store food items and equipment accurately after service.
