As a General Utility Worker on our team of service stars, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environment. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils, and ensuring they are sanitized.
• Maintain the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
