As a General Utility Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and the environment. Essential functions and responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

1. Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils.
2. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas.
3. Ensure equipment is clean and operational; report issues to management.
4. Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks.
5. Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
6. Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Secure company assets.
8. Note: Job duties may change or new tasks may be assigned without prior notice to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, especially when handling hazardous chemicals.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
