Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing station, three-compartment sink, and related areas
• Ensure equipment is clean and functional; report issues to management
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude
• Follow safety policies, including proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Secure company assets

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow safety procedures, including handling hazardous chemicals
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Physical Demands
