Qualifications

• ARDMS certification or equivalent required.
• 1+ years imaging experience in ultrasound.
• Proficiency with PACS and modern ultrasound equipment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ultrasound exams across diverse patient populations, ensuring image quality and protocol adherence.
• Accurately document results and collaborate with physicians for timely interpretation.
• Educate and reassure patients during imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment; ensure calibration and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance standards.
• Contribute to departmental workflow and patient scheduling as needed.
