Job summary

Affinity Home Health Care Inc. in Pueblo, CO seeks a General Surgery Physician to provide trauma surgery coverage as part of a Level III ER trauma team. You will perform surgical procedures, assist in patient transfers, and assess trauma patients on request from ED providers.

The role includes admitting patients when necessary, performing central line placements, and serving on call for trauma cases, including emergencies. Credentialing is expected within ~30 days.

Qualifications
