AMN Healthcare is seeking a General Surgery Physician for locum tenens support in Pueblo, Colorado. Start ASAP with 24-hour call shifts.

The facility is a Level III Trauma center where you will be on-call for trauma surgery, perform procedures when needed, assist transfers, and manage trauma patients as requested. Credentialing takes about 30 days, and AMN Healthcare handles travel, lodging, rentals, and transportation for contractors.

Qualifications

• Setting: Emergency Room Trauma Level III.
• Required Procedures: Serve on call for trauma surgery for level III trauma center, perform surgery when needed, assist in transfers, assess trauma patients by request of Emergency Departmentprovider, admit patients as needed, and central line placements.
