Job summary

UVA Community Health in Culpeper, VA seeks an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our General Surgery team. You will work with three seasoned surgeons and a dedicated nursing staff to provide comprehensive surgical care in a community-based setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage outpatient clinic schedule averaging 18-22 patients per day.
• Conduct pre- and post-operative visits and support physician clinic sessions.
• Participate in hospital surgical consultations alongside the General Surgery team.
• Provide care at Culpeper Medical Center.
• Collaborate with an engaged team of physicians, nurses and medical assistants.
• Foster close patient relationships and continuity of care.
• No current scheduled call requirement.
